Green smoothie!

A delicious and balanced superfood smoothie, supports blood strengthening and liver cleansing, can be used as a full breakfast.

Half cup apple juice

Half cup water

1 cup pear / berry / pineapple / mango / banana

A handful of kale / spinach / chard / mint / letuce or other greens

A handful of sprouts of all kinds

Spoon to tablespoon of superfood of your choice : Spirulina, moringa, goji berries, cocoa chips, maca and the like 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon coconut oil / handful welnuts A glass of ice Mix in a blender to a creamy texture
